How long does it take for orders?
For orders picked up at a photo lab the turnaround time is usually an hour or so, depending on the photo lab. Please contact the photo lab for more detailed information. Orders mailed will be shipped within 24 hours. Depending on the type of shipping selected, orders can take up to a week. For immediate service have your order processed at a local photo lab.

How and where does Zyphoto get pictures printed?
Your photos are printed at the local photo lab you choose! If you select to have your order mailed, then those photos are printed at a central lab and mailed directly to you. All our labs including our central lab use state of the art technologies to develop digital photos on the same photo paper used for conventional film photos. The same machines that prints photos from film are used to print your digital photos so you can be sure your digital photos will be of the same or better quality as traditional photos.

How do I order prints?
Then
simply select a photo from an album and click to view products
available. Select the
products and quantity and add to your shopping cart. When you are
finished and ready to place the order simply check out and place the
order. You can access the checkout from your shopping cart. If you
have not uploaded any photos then go to add photos to make your album
and upload pictures.

How big can I print my pictures?
Sizes and products differ from lab to lab. Check each lab's products by clicking on the My Lab Info link on the top of the page. For mailed orders sizes can go up to 20" x 30"! These large print orders are mailed in tube packaging. The bigger prints need higher resolutions so check the resolution guide before you place the order.

How can I check on my order status?
To check your order
status, go to My Info on the top of the page then Track Orders on the
menu on the right. Mail orders cannot be tracked.

How many pictures can I put in my albums?
As many as your heart desires. But you should make albums and organize your pictures so you can find them easily.

Ordering, Order History, and Status
All ordering is done on secure encrypted server protecting all your valuable information. Your order history will always have record of your past transactions up to date. When printing to a lab, you can view your orders status to see whether it is ready to be picked up or not.

Viewing Pictures and Adding them
Each album displays the
pictures you placed in that particular album. It also allows you to
to click on a picture to view a larger image of it and displays the
purchasing options available for that picture. Remember, different
purchasing options may be available depending on which photo lab you
have selected.
Adding pictures couldn't be easier now with our new drag and drop technology. Simply go to Add photos, select an album you would like to add your pictures to, and then select to use our drag and drop technology. For the drag and drop, just highlight all the pictures you would like to add and then drag it over the area in the browser where the drag and drop window is. The pictures should be added to the window and are now ready to be uploaded into your album.
If not using the drag and drop feature, you can add up to 4 pictures at once to your album, by selecting the browse button and selecting your picture you wish to add.

My Albums
Your albums are guaranteed to be stored on our servers indefinitely, following our terms and conditions, with no obligation to purchase prints whatsoever. You can change the settings accordingly per album, viewable to the public, password protected, allow album to be searched for, and many other options.

Your account will allow
you to access your personal settings i.e. your name, address, etc.
You can also view your order history and track the status of a pending
order.

My Local Photo Lab
The photo lab you have
chosen will display their here, showing you the prints and products
they offer as well as their address and phone number. There may also
be special promotions or messages from the photo lab if they choose to
place any.
