Zynetz, Inc. requires all visitors who wish to view events, purchase products, and/or access additional features such as a personal photo gallery to provide their name and e-mail address and select a username and password for use on our site.

We keep this information strictly confidential and use your name and contact information only in the following ways: (1) Zynetz, Inc. gives this information to the vendor who will send you your order; and (2) Zynetz, Inc. uses this information to send you updates and other information about Zynetz, Inc. from time to time.

Privacy of Photographs

Zynetz, Inc. will not display your photos to the public. Only albums and events specified to be viewable to the public will be accessible to the public. All albums and events have the option to be private, protected by a password. You may change your album settings at any time. Events covered will be set as private or public by request of the event coordinators of the organization or group hosting the event. If you would like an event to be private and password protected, please give us a call prior to the event or let our photographers know at the event.

Reservation of Right to Change

Zynetz, Inc. will occasionally update this Privacy Statement to reflect company and customer feedback. When we post changes to this Statement, you will see the word "updated" next to the Privacy Statement link on our homepage. If there are material changes to this Statement or in how we will use your personally identifiable information, we will prominently post such changes prior to implementing the change.
